Tasting
The attack: lively, the nose is beautifully fresh, with wild juniper berries and yellow lemon highlighted by green pepper.
The heart: precise, beautifully balanced, with persistent herbaceous notes of verbena, savory and sage, then green pepper that comes to hit you by surprise.
The finish: proud, with a beautiful length, it reveals warm and round notes brought by immortelle flower and cardamom.

Wild garrigue harvesting
Because they grow in their natural, intact and preserved ecosystem and in often difficult conditions, wild-harvested plants are the richest in aromas.
Christine, Guillaume, Floriane, Thomas, it is naturally with pickers who value responsible harvesting, respectful of plants and natural balances that we have the pleasure of working.
Juniper berries, thyme, savory and lavender, fennel, angelica and immortelles. The scrublands of Occitania, Provence and Corsica are our great herbarium.
Local culture in the Arles region
Marie is a florist and grower of wild and garden flowers that grow peacefully throughout the seasons. Amidst the nigella, sweet peas, and yarrow, we planted verbena and sage in onion rows.
This is just the beginning.
Spices and herbs from elsewhere
Arles is on the spice route. We weren't going to miss it.
We selected our organic spices and herbs from the master spice specialist, Chef Olivier Roellinger.
