The Original, close your eyes, taste it, you are in the Camargue.
From the first sip, it reveals a fiery character, tempered by a balanced ascendancy and a precise, almost manic recipe.

I want my Pastis to be a climate.
He has the traits of the impulsive, stubborn, fiery character of this tiny Provençal territory, often threatened, always defended tooth and nail by those who lovingly inhabit it.

Summer has the happy idea of making us shiver.
This batch dazzled by Combava leaves knows how to speak to our desires for sand that is too hot, wind that is too warm and fog on the walls of our most beautiful cocktail glasses.

Silence, we are distilling.
Welcome to Arles, on Rue Frédéric Mistral. It was here, just a stone's throw from Place du Forum, that the Distillerie de Camargue installed a very large copper still in 2020.
For the record, Thomas Bigourdan, the creator of the house and its first gin, thought for a moment that the appliance's boiler would never fit through the door. It all came down to a matter of centimeters.
He is now at work, distilling in small batches a London Dry, very inspired by the biotope and the purity of his adopted land, and since autumn 2024, an Arlesian Pastis which has stolen the scent of its pollen from the wild fennel flower.
