Nos délais de livraison sont environ de 4-6 jours ouvrés, ils peuvent cependant varier.

La livraison est assurée par Colissimo, remise contre signature ou en Point Relais.
Europe :
La livraison est assurée par les partenaires de Colissimo en fonction des pays, remise contre signature.
Les frais et les délais de livraison varient en fonction des pays.

Les frais de port sont paramétrés en fonction du poids du colis.
Est-il possible de se faire livrer en boutique?

Retours
Comment effectuer un retour?
Nous vous invitons à nous retourner le/les produits à l’adresse suivante : Bigourdan, 12, rue Frédéric Mistral – 13200 Arles. Veuillez prendre soin d’ajouter à votre envoi :
-Les références relatives à votre commande (Numéro de commande et/ou à défaut le nom avec lequel vous avez passé votre commande).
-Un papier libre sur lequel vous nous indiquez si vous souhaitez un échange (préciser sa nature) ou un remboursement.
A réception de votre colis, nous traiterons votre demande dans les plus brefs délais et dans la limite des stocks disponibles. Vous en serez notifiés par mail.
Vous disposez d'un délai de 15 jours pour effectuer la demande de retour. Les frais d'envoi de retours sont à votre charge.
Quelles sont les conditions de retour?
Les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état et dans leur emballage d’origine. Le cas échéant l'article ne sera pas repris.
