You can choose to order online and pick up directly at the distillery. Select the In-Store Pickup option at checkout.

Returns
How to make a return?
We invite you to return the product(s) to the following address: Bigourdan, 12, rue Frédéric Mistral – 13200 Arles. Please be sure to include the following with your shipment:
-The references relating to your order (Order number and/or failing that the name with which you placed your order).
-A free piece of paper on which you indicate whether you would like an exchange (specify its nature) or a refund.
Upon receipt of your package, we will process your request as quickly as possible, subject to availability. You will be notified by email.
You have 15 days to request a return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Otherwise, the item will not be accepted.
What should I do if there is a problem with my item?
