To ensure fast delivery, once your order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel or make any changes.

When you're ready to finalize your order, if you selected a collection point as your delivery method, please pay for your order first. Our delivery times are approximately 4-6 working days, however they may vary.
France:
Delivery is provided by Colissimo, delivery against signature or to a Relay Point.
Europe:
Delivery is provided by Colissimo partners depending on the country, delivery against signature.
Delivery costs and times vary by country.

Shipping costs are set based on the weight of the package.
Is it possible to have it delivered to the store?
You can choose to order online and pick up directly at the distillery. Select the In-Store Pickup option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@bigourdan.com
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If you have not received a delivery notice and the deadline has passed, we invite you to contact us by email at info@bigourdan.com, we will find a solution.
Returns
How to make a return?
We invite you to return the product(s) to the following address: Bigourdan, 12, rue Frédéric Mistral – 13200 Arles. Please be sure to include the following with your shipment:
-The references relating to your order (Order number and/or failing that the name with which you placed your order).
-A free piece of paper on which you indicate whether you would like an exchange (specify its nature) or a refund.
Upon receipt of your package, we will process your request as quickly as possible, subject to availability. You will be notified by email.
You have 15 days to request a return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Otherwise, the item will not be accepted.
What should I do if there is a problem with my item?
We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products.
However, if, despite the numerous quality checks carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to report this problem, within 3 working days, to the address info@bigourdan.com, attaching photos of the problem encountered on your item.
