Soho Negroni Bigourdan

White vermouth, gentian liqueur, Bigourdan gin. The recipe crossed the Channel, took the Route Nationale 7 before landing in Arles. A lemon-yellow color and the prominent presence of floral notes are surprising in the Negroni family. At first sip, the Soho surprises again with a very fresh mouthfeel and that little thrill that precedes the happy marriage of bitter, spice, and smoothness.
